However you contact me, the first thing we'll do is arrange a free half hour initial meeting. You choose whether it's on the phone or online. You'll find me approachable and I'll do my best to put you at ease - it's a big step. I know. I've been there.
And when we've talked for the first time, take as long as you need to make the decision that's right for you. You're under no obligation to me. My goal is for you to find the therapist that you feel comfortable with. If that's me, that's great. If not, I really hope you've found someone else who's a better "fit" for you.
