This is a new part of the service I offer. An an integrative therapist, I like to incorporate different approaches in my therapeutic work, one of which is astrology in which I have completed some trainings.
Your birth chart can give us clues to the energies influencing you throughout your life - it's like a blueprint of your essential self and it can really help each of us to be more understanding and accepting of ourselves; to work with rather than against ourselves. Often, a chart will reveal something to someone which they'd hidden away, even from themselves. When this happens, it's like unlocking a part of you and can feel like a huge relief especially when it explains something previously inexplicable. We can then welcome in a lost part of the self which is a step towards wholeness.
When we add in the positions of the planets at key moments in your story and today, we're even better informed because we can see why things may be going as they are. This allows us to roll with the inevitable rather than fighting it which, in turn, is always going to feel more comfortable.
If you'd prefer to have your chart read as a stand alone appointment rather than within the context of therapy, I'm happy to offer that. My fee for a stand alone reading is £100 which includes the time taken to study and interpret your chart and the time spent with you explaining it.
For therapeutic astrology (incorporating astrology when appropriate within the course of therapy), I make a one-off charge of £75 to cover study and interpretation time.
